Deflection in OCLC

Since OCLC ILL requests for materials from North American Libraries to Japanese Libraries is restricted to GIF members, the OCLC Policies Directory's deflection feature is being utilized to stop requests from being sent from non-GIF member libraries. If you are a GIF member and are getting requests auto-deflected, please contact Amy Paulus (amy-fuls@uiowa.edu) who will verify your library has been included in the GIF group. If you are not a GIF member and are trying to submit requests to these libraries and they are getting deflected, please consider joining our group! OCLCによるリクエストの自動謝絶
日本のGIF参加館にOCLC経由で相互貸借依頼ができる北米の図書館は、GIF参加館に限られています。OCLC Policy Diretory の導入により、このルールの適用が強化され、GIF非参加館のリクエストはシステムにより自動的に謝絶されることになっています。万が一、GIFに参加しているのにも関わらず、システムによる自動謝絶の扱いを受けた方は、Amy Paulus (amy-fuls@uiowa.edu) までご連絡下さい。OCLC Policy Diretory で、GIFグループに正しく登録されいるか確認いたします。GIFに参加していない図書館の方は、これを機に是非参加をご検討下さい。北米図書館用の申し込み用紙は、http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~ncc/illdd/gifproject.html で入手して下さい。
