Can I ask for electronic delivery from Japanese Libraries?

Not all Japanese Libraries use Ariel or Odyssey to transmit articles electronically. To speed up delivery of articles, it is a good idea to include a lending note that specifically asks for electronic delivery via email. If this is possible, Japanese Libraries will provide this service, rather than sending the article via snail mail.
