Japanese GIF Library Finder Problem Report

Japanese GIF Library Finder is a great GIF aid. But it needs to be rebooted now and then. How you know when you need to report the system down problem to us or to NCC-GIF@googlegroups.com?

Take a look at this image below. If the first line says "IOException," it may mean it needs to be rebooted.
